Today I would like to touch on the song that we all know and love, Simple and Clean by Utada Hikaru. Although the Kingdom Hearts game is what introduced this song to most of us some fans still might not know that there’s an actual music video for it. I was scrolling my way down tumblr as I usually do in the evening and came across this music video. At first I thought it was just some kind of joke till I looked closer and realized that the woman was actually Utada Hikaru in the flesh! The official simple and clean music video is actually just a still shot of Utada cleaning dishes. I laughed so hard at how big of a pun this was but hey, I’m not complaining. I love her voice and although years have passed since I was first introduced to this song, I still love it.
And on another note, I understand that I’m pretty inconsistent with my content lately but it’s because of how THE LAST WEEK of my internship was. You read that right, THE LAST WEEK of my internship! Meaning that I’m graduating on Wednesday and I couldn’t be anymore excited! Now the job search is on and I’m a bit stressing about it at this point T_T but I know I’ll find one eventually, I just have to look on the brighter side of things.
I’ll do a full article later on today about this. BUT KINGDOM HEARTS FUCKIN 3 IS HEREEEEEEEEEEEEE! I’M SO HYPED! (excuse my language for this post).
It’s finally here! Well, not officially but it’s finally happening! The remake we’ve all wished and dreamed for! Square enix has finally done something right in years! My faith is restored in them! Now please release another Chrono game and more news on Kingdom Hearts 3! Just for this announcement, here’s a Cloud cosplay!
Probably known as the Final Fantasy that changed the franchise. This game was jam packed full of new features, mini games, characters, and everything else alike. For me, I had a love/hate relationship with this game. One aspect of the game that I absolutely loved was being able to switch out characters mid-battle. I thought that brought a lot of new excitement to the series. As I said in one of my previous posts (here) I never really did know what was going on in any RPG games, I would just grind the hell out of my characters until I was able to 1-hit KO all the monsters in the area and move onto the next. But as you grow up and you finally understand what the story is about, you finally begin to appreciate the story and all it stands for. Continue reading
